When a young boy reports a mob beating to the police, and his father does not encourage him, he is adversely affected for the rest of his life.

When Mary Maloney's police chief husband is found murdered, the police investigate and have a hard time trying to find the murder weapon.
It was so hard to pick the best episodes because there are so many great episodes. Just for the record season 3 and 5 are my favorite seasons.
